Located just a 2-hour drive from Sydney CBD and 50-minutes from Newcastle CBD, sit down to a carefully curated four-course menu at one of the best winery restaurants in the Hunter Valley, for a culinary journey like no other. Discover modern Australian cuisine, expertly prepared using fresh and seasonal produce and perfectly paired with matched wines from both the estate and international producers.

Soak up the refined yet relaxed ambience as you savour every bite amongst the elegant wooden decor and rustic fixtures that reflect the rurality of the area. From melt-in-the-mouth 8-day dry-aged Hiramasa Kingfish to roasted Wollombi pumpkin and tender Jacks’s Creek beef to a dreamy elderflower parfait, enjoy gourmet dishes made to give you a hug from within. Matched with a selection of chardonnay, shiraz, semillon and tawny, explore flavour palettes from mild and delicate to deep and rich across plate and glass.

Curating a modern Australian menu that’s influenced by European flavours and techniques, executive chef Sean Townsend champions fresh and seasonal ingredients and locally-sourced produce - some of which comes directly from the chef’s on-site garden. With a bounty of garden-grown herbs and citrus on offer, flavour notes can be freshly plucked and artfully placed into his creations, changing with the seasons and always packing a sensory punch.
