We’re thrilled to introduce you to our latest Single Vineyard releases and trust us; they’re something special!
This month, we’re showcasing two incredible wines that are sure to become your new favourites: a SUPA Chardonnay and a 96 Halliday point-scoring Shiraz.
Introducing the IV-Mendoza "Supa" Chardonnay – one of the finest Chardonnays you'll ever enjoy. After the highly praised 2016 vintage, this best-of-its-kind, limited-release wine is making a rare and triumphant, yet fleeting, appearance.
This release of only 100 cases is all about pushing boundaries. Careful barrel selection, bâtonnage (lees stirring), and malolactic fermentation result in an incredibly complex, powerful Chardonnay. Subtle, vibrant flavours of zesty grapefruit and luscious white nectarine, with prominent cashew notes and a creaminess carried by pure crystalline acidity, make this wine perfect now and sensational for cellaring.

What the 2025 Halliday Wine Companion says....
96 POINTS + GOLD
"Sourced from a nearly three-decade-old plot, the low-yielding Blewitt Springs vineyard, grown on its own roots in deep sand, produces a wine of great character and intensity. The wine is full-bodied and beautifully plush with opulent red plums, accented by milk chocolate, spice, red rose petals and vanilla. This concentrated fruit, along with the energised acidity and structural tannin, will allow for long-term cellaring" - Toni Paterson
