NV 8 Rows Sparkling, Chardonnay/Pinot Noir
Pale straw with youthful hues, this sparkling wine is crystal clear with a fine, persistent bead. The bouquet shows lifted citrus and strawberry fruit characters. The palate exhibits fresh berry fruit flavours and soft and creamy light yeast characters with a fine structure. It finishes with a lively effervescence and a crisp, natural tangy acid finish.
2023 Semillon, Hunter Valley NSW
Vibrant in colour, with lots of luminous green tints. Lovely florals and apple blossom aromas. Mouth-filling flavours of lime juice, green apple and lemon pith balance the zesty acid backbone. The flavours linger on for quite some time, similar to the 2022, a classic Hunter Valley Semillon to enjoy now or age gracefully.
2023 Rosato, NSW & VIC
The colour has a very appealing pale coral hue. Sangiovese has a floral element to its aroma and this dominates with Turkish delight and almost rose water in the background. The palate has vibrant spice/ginger notes and a dry finish, and while technically a red wine, has plenty of zesty acid. Perfect out of the ice bucket on a blue sky day.
